How it works
How long is rehab, and what happens at each step?
There's no single answer — it depends on the person and the level of care — but here's an honest range: residential runs about 30–45 days, PHP often around three weeks, and outpatient continues as long as it's useful. Below is what each step actually looks like.

What happens when you first reach out?
You call, or a provider, friend, or family member refers you. We complete a confidential pre-screening to understand your situation — living arrangements, substance use history, any mental health needs, any court or legal involvement, insurance, and the support you have around you — and we help you figure out the right starting point.
What are the levels of care?
Residential (about 30–45 days)
Structured, 24-hour support to stabilize and get clean.
PHP
Intensive daytime treatment with a stable place to stay.
IOP
Structured therapy that flexes around work and family.
Outpatient
Ongoing counseling and case management.
You don't have to know where you belong before you call. That's what the conversation is for.
